Terms of Service - Medela Symphony
Ownership
The Medela Symphony breast pump remains the property of Divine Birth at all times.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds for non-faulty Medela Symphony pumps will not be provided once the unit has been dispatched.
Orders that have not been dispatched can still be cancelled. The hire fee will be refunded less a $15 administration fee. Non-use of a hired Medela Symphony pump is at the customer's discretion, and no refund is available.
Condition of Equipment
Each Medela Symphony rental includes the pump unit, power cord, and a storage bag. Medela Symphony pump kit is not included.
Medela Symphony pumps are sterilized and tested between hires. Divine Birth's liability shall not exceed the hire charge. The Medela Symphony pump is supplied in full working order.
Customers Responsibility
Customer's responsibility includes inspecting the Medela Symphony pump and its associated hire accessories to ensure that the pump is functional and all essential accessories are included. Any issues must be reported to Divine Birth immediately. Divine Birth accepts no responsibility where the customer fails to do so and thus disables Divine Birth from providing a timely resolution of the matter.
Return of Equipment
The customer agrees to return the Medela Symphony pump to Divine Birth in the same condition it was received. The customer must return the pump unit, power cord and the storage bag.
The customer agrees to follow all return instructions. The unit must be returned by the last day of the hire period unless otherwise agreed with Divine Birth. If the unit is not returned within two weeks of the due date and no extension has been purchased, the customer will be charged the full retail replacement value.
Divine Birth reserves the right to charge the replacement value for lost, stolen, or damaged units or parts. The full replacement cost is the retail value of the Medela Symphony excluding the initial hire fee.
